Scheduling & Business Hours

• Lessons by appointment only.

• Monday–Friday.

• No Saturday or Sunday appointments or business communications except emergencies.

 

Weather Policy

• Training may be delayed or rescheduled because of excessive heat, lightning, severe weather, or livestock welfare.

 

Payment & Refunds

• Payment due before training begins.

• Processing fees are non-refundable.

• Refund deadlines.

• Early pickup policy.

 

Private Lesson Policies

• Cancellation notice required.

• Late arrivals.

• Drop-off/pick-up appointments.

• Board & Train does not include ongoing monthly lessons after the dog returns home. Follow-up lessons are available at the current lesson rate.

Stockdogology strives to provide a calm, focused learning environment. Clear communication and mutual respect are expected from both trainer and client. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a working relationship is no longer productive.
